The Fine Line Cleat CL213 (Starboard – Right), same as Hobie part number 10730021, can be used as a replacement part for Dagger kayaks outfitted with a CL213. Commonly used as a Skeg Line cleat, for Dagger kayaks, such as the Charleston circa 2003-2004. Best secured with number 8 screws and nuts. Screw Holes are 1 15/16 inches on center. Takes 1/16 to 3/16 inch cordage.
