GTS Pro Kayak Seat

A kayak seat designed for hours of continuous paddling. The bottom pad is an oversized, 2 inch thick EVA Comfort foam pad. An innovative triangular strapping tension system locks the seat into place improving both comfort and support. The Grand Touring Seat Pro was developed primarily with the kayak fisherman in mind. Its enhanced features like the oversized bottom pad accommodate the larger seat wells that are common on many of the new fishing kayaks. The 2 inch extra thick thermoformed EVA foam padding of the bottom section of the seat minimizes leg fatigue and helps the angler maintain comfort throughout a long day of fishing. Seat pad is 17 in. wide by 15 in. front to back. The foam molded upper backrest portion is 15 inches tall, without sacrificing any support, for the sole purpose of enhancing the paddler’s access to the rear of a kayak’s tank well and hatch section.

GTS seat packs are sold separately. All GTS packs are interchangeable and removable. See photos.

This Seat is outfitted with Brass Clips on the rear straps. It will mount on most sit-on-top kayaks with strap eyes behind the seat. For older Ocean Kayak brand boats made in or before 2004, adaption to some Wilderness Systems Tarpon kayaks, Aquaterra sit-on-tops and some older odd brands of kayaks, you will need to install an OK seat adaptor strap eye kit.
